When I was a kid, my mom was fascinated with my uncanny ability to touch any electrical household item and program it to her exact specifications.

I've always loved technology and have been an early adopter of every innovation that interests me. I was the first of my friends to get an iPhone, an iWatch, invite Alexa and network SmartThings in my house, and get the Ring. I now have over 40 devices in my house that are automated and voice activated.

Through the extensive use of devices and digital applications, I have become keenly sensitive to the user experience. I'm passionate about making good products.. Products that my mom could use.

I have been fortunate in my career to have led fun and innovative enterprise projects, managed diverse and complex product teams, and talked at great length to users of all types to help solve their real-world problems.

The user experience is critical - people have to be able to use the product to like it. But coupled with a UX perspective is the need for KPIs, metric analysis, and AB testing to understand where users are getting stuck or what they are absolutely loving!
